Starbucks - Riverton

The slowest Starbucks ever. Seriously don’t come here unless you want to wait 30 min for an Americano. Sad service.

Awful service. The staff don’t ask if you need anything. If you order online expect your order to be 10-30minutes later than the pick up time. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with this location

Unfortunately, one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

It's probably best to Avoid this location. 4 or 5 times or more its taken 20mins+ to get a drink. this is my first 1 star review ever. I know they're doing their best, but I think I'll probably avoid this location. There was someone w me this morning that commented he waited 30mins for his food and drink. The manager replied, we're all moving as fast as we can. The barista making my drink said they are slammed with mobile and delivery orders. They always take about 20mins. I ordered at 9:16 am. It is 9:41 am and I am still waiting on the drink with a 5 months old waiting. Just incredible how disrespectful they are with customers. A kid was crying for at least 10 minutes, they could at least offer a cake pop trying to be friendly. A huge order was done but besides splitting time for all orders, they stopped everything to do 1 order only, which gave them a huge delay for the rest of their customers. Management needs to be reviewed. I feel bad for the workers.
