Sonic Drive-in - Riverton

I'm here at 21 o'clock. I ordered my food and paid on the app just so that the worker can come from my car and tell me and my family that they are ready to make food for the night. they did not refund me that I had to find the number on the app to wait forever and now my $70 will be refunded in 7 to 10 factory days. stuff so I owe to the administration because it never happens in a chick-fil-A and they have a lot more customers. absolutely mülldienst. hot mash!

I've given this place so many chances hoping my past bad experiences would improve but at this point I think I'm just gonna give up. Every time I go here it takes so long to get through the drive thru line. Half the time the ordering system is malfunctioning and I need to repeat my order a dozen times. The food once it does arrive is usually cold or a mess. The chicken in particular is so dry its inedible, like it's been under a heat lamp for hours. Burgers are usually a little better. The people are friendly for the most part buts thats the only positive. Its clear they need enormous changes at this franchise and from all the other reviews it seems like they've known about the problems for a long time now and don't care. It's a shame since this is the only Sonic in the area.

Yall need to either hire more workers or pay them better. Lately the drive thru has been really slow, or closed altogether. They've completely blocked off the drive-in area too. I can only imagine how stressed they are. However, I do have to mention the food presentation was kinda gross lol. There were tater tots, burnt jalapeno poppers and other things in my fries and my chicken sandwich was covered in char.

Went here with the sole purpose of getting the Cake Batter shake however the machine was broke-made me think of McDonalds. You can easily pass the entrance if you?re driving fast like my hubby was but you can cut through the lot next to the restaurant and loop around. Food was okay, not one of my favorite places to eat but it was there and I was there and so yeah. The place is located in the same lot as Race speedway.

Couldn't order from the lanes, no one came out after 15 min . We ended up driving through the drive through, another 30 min, just to find out they're not accepting cash. No signs no warning. Finally got to the order board and it was broken. I could hear the lady but she couldn't hear us. Finally drove up to the window to order and found out they were out of everything. Just got fries and an ocean water, but that took another 15 min to get food. Absolutely insane.
