Best Ruben sandwich in Utah. Crazy that's coming from a hospital but it's true. My wife and I come here to eat even when we don't need to be in the hospital from time to time. View all feedback.

They made the balsamic roasted Brussel sprouts look so good. But they were completely flavorless. The steak was flavorless as well, so it requires lots of A1 to be edible. View all feedback.

Prices are average BUT they charge you extra for cream cheese for your bagel .30 for each small individual cream cheese with enough for 1/2 of the bagel. EACH creamer for your coffee the tiny individual creamers that are always free EVERYWHERE ELSE! , honey packets and who knows what else but that’s all I noticed when getting a bagel and coffee. It’s absolutely absurd to charge customers extra for those items that are worked into the cost already! The coffee was $2.00 so it’s for sure worked into the cost OMG I’m offended to be nickel and dimed like this ? They act like they are not making money!
Hospital food. We had a minor surgery in the family and went by for a quick breakfast. We ordered the breakfast burrito. It was very heavy on the egg. Green peppers and fresh mushrooms added some goodness. It would have been helped by some potato. They had a lot more options available to try but I will likely be around to try them . . . because it is a hospital.
I was waiting while my wife had a medical procedure. I decided to try the cafeteria. I have never been there before. I looked at the menu and what stood out to me was the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I lived on the East coast for a number of years and I had the best Philly cheesesteaks there are. Since I left the east coast in 93 I have tried to find somewhere that new how to make a real Philly cheese steak. I ordered and received the sandwich along with a large helping of french fries. The sandwich was overfilled and it was amazing. It was cooked and the ingredients were a true Philly cheesesteak. I don't know of anybody else in the Salt Lake valley that makes anything near as good. I am afraid I will have to visit that hospital cafeteria again just to have another. The chef and staff was very friendly and helpful. I can only say that this is a hidden gem of a place to get something incredibly good.
