He took the time to explain the various drink and food options. Within five minutes, our drinks arrived, followed shortly by a basket of homemade chips and salsa. My house salad arrived next, and one of the servers, Judy, came by to check on us and see if we needed anything. I ordered the ribeye steak, cooked medium, along with a baked potato as my side. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a fantastic grilled flavor and incredible tenderness. It was the best meat I've tasted in Wyoming, sourced from local ranches. My friend ordered the same ribeye but opted for a chili relleno with green chili sauce as her side. She mentioned the chili relleno was very good, and I even took one home to try later. I was really impressed with all the staff, from Jack and Elaine to Judy and Hank, who were all very attentive. The prices are quite reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. Jack mentioned that he plans to introduce some new items on the menu soon, and I will definitely return to try them before I leave Wyoming. The restaurant has also changed its name to Midvale Station, so if you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. It’s truly excellent!

(It doesn’t have much signage and the name doesn’t sound like a bar so it’s easy to miss. but it is, in fact, a bar, and a real good one!
