I had family visiting in Kansas City, and they were in the mood for a good BBQ. Just from the parking lot, we could tell it would be worth it. Once we went inside, they cut the brisket in front of us, and it was excellent! I can't speak for the other meats, but the brisket definitely met KC standards and was quite impressive.
