Honestly, I’m fed up with this location. There has not been a single time where they haven’t forgotten something. I never get my sauces, I’ve never gotten sandwiches, sides, drinks, and one time I never got my card back from them.I worked at arbys, I know what the job entails, it’s not that hard.I will say that I’ve only ever been there at night, so maybe it’s the night crew? This location is close to home and work so I end up here, but I’d rather drive to one further away. This hasn’t been a recent thing- several years have shown poor service and food. I was given a gift card, but have been told I can’t use it 3 separate times in April 2024 because “the system is offline”. This isn’t the employees fault, but poor management to get the systems working consistently.The woman taking drive thru orders 4/23/24 was short and didn’t even engage- I asked a question before ordering and she said “is that all?” … I had to say “ummm I haven’t ordered anything yet.” Then I get to the window and they charge me for the completely wrong order and hand me the wrong food. Then recharge for the right food, hand me the wrong drink again and I had to correct it.Some issues with management for sure. But also understaffed and overworked people with little training and experience. Line in the drive thru takes forever

I have never post a review but this store deserves an amazing review, so I went on Friday with my wife and when we got at Arby’s they had a really long lane in the drive thru and when we went in I realized that there was only one person taking the orders from the drive thru and the front, Antwane was amazing!!!, it looks like he was kind of stressed for the rush but that’s okay he was the only one taking orders he was very patient and showed us a smile, so once we order our food after 5 minutes our was was ready to eat and fresh That’s the Arby’s I know when I was a kid!!, I know many stores that would kill for a manager like him thanks for such a good service me and my wife appreciate it a lot! ??????
Sawyer is the single best employee I've encountered at a fast food restaurant before. Genuinely a fantastic worker, helpful, genuine and hard working. I've worked in fine dining restaurants and would have killed for an employee like him there. This is my first time eating at arby's in more than 6 years after repeated bad experiences, and tonight cleared the slate!
Ordered the BSB Roast Beef Meal but was given the BSB Turkey Meal instead. Store is over manned (at least 6 employees present) and it took almost 10 minutes to get my order with only one order ahead of me.
