What User doesn't like about The Cheese Witch:
I wouldn't even give this restaurant 1 star—it's honestly the worst experience I've ever had. Almost all of the food was burned; the toast was completely black, and the bacon was the same. The chicken in the diablo dish was bone dry. I ordered through a delivery service, or I would have asked for a full refund. There are so many amazing eating spots in the area, and this place definitely does not belong among them. View all feedback.
Don't waste your money. too expensive for a grilled cheese with which they don't get a side. we paid 3 dollars for pommes, woofers and bags and they sent us a small handful of each. I took the picture for reference. money down.
Just tried this place for the first time. Food was alright along with the tots. I was enjoying my Abraca Pizza until I found a hair in my mouth that didn't belong to me! The portions were good but if you get onion rings, you get like 5 rings. I really wanted to love this place because I love a good grilled cheese sandwich. I'll stick with making my own.
Grilled cheese sandwiches are always pretty bomb, and ingredients only make it better. The sandwich that they stuffed a pizza into was pretty flavorful and enjoyable. My friend who tried the power cheese really enjoyed it and said everything was the right amount. The avocado one was a different story... I think the avocado could use more flavoring as the strongest flavor in that sandwich was the buttered bread. Also the 20 minute wait time was pretty harsh for being the first customers there. I hope they see this and make some corrections. The Buffalo one looks pretty good and I will have to try it next time!
I had a couple of sharp bites to accompany my meal, and they truly made it feel substantial. Don’t think of it as just a basic grilled cheese; it offers much more than what you’d expect from the famous grilled cheese food truck. And definitely ask for some extra napkins—you’ll need them! I think this place, Co-Lab, is connected to the game lab and food lab, which is a cool concept. I appreciate that they continue to add more and more great food options. The order window is a bit tricky to find, but don’t give up; it’s located outside the food labs at the bottom of the stairs and seems to be linked to the game lab.

The sandwich I ordered was slightly on the pricier side, but the fries were absolutely delicious. They really load the sandwiches with fresh avocado and tasty spinach. The flavors were well-seasoned, too. If you're looking to try something new in the Riverside area, I definitely recommend this spot. Just be aware that it can be a bit tricky to find, as it's literally a hole in the wall. It's worth the hunt!
