The fish didn’... read more First, let's discuss the food. I ordered through DoorDash, and that was a major mistake. The sushi rolls lacked flavor and were incredibly bland. The fish didn’t taste fresh at all—it was like chewing on rubber. The rice was dry and seemed like it had been left out for hours. I've had better sushi from a budget grocery store. It was a total waste of my money. However, the most disappointing part was the service, or rather the utter lack of it. They messed up my order not once, but twice, and took no responsibility for their errors. When I called to voice my concerns, the person on the other end was rude and showed no remorse. They didn’t even offer a solution or refund. It felt as if they couldn’t care less about their customers. I strongly recommend against ordering from Sushi R91, especially through DoorDash. The food is mediocre at best, and the service is unacceptable. Save your money and go to a place that actually values its customers. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

The staff provides excellent customer service and makes a true effort to address any concerns. The sushi continues to be outstanding and incredibly delicious. Our first time in was 45 min before closing and they served us like they were going to be opened for several hours. We didn't feel rushed and our food didn'ttaste rushed. Prices for what you get is very fair. We will most definitely be back.
