It is the worst Subway in Riverside! Poor service, veggies and meats look old and stale.
Came in for a sub at 8:30 am on veterans day and was helped by a very kind and friendly woman. I felt like I was talking to a good neighbor as she made my sub (quickly and expertly I might add). Thank you for the welcoming service!
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly. There were two gentlemen who were exceptionally helpful and kind. It seems they took the previous feedback about employee service to heart and made improvements. The food was delicious as always, and my overall experience was fantastic.
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The lettuce was wilted and had brown spots, while the tomatoes were old and spongy. The pickles and olives didn't sit well with me. There seems to be a need for fresher vegetables. I also had difficulty communicating with the sandwich maker due to her unclear English. I'm now feeling quite unwell, and I'm hesitant to eat there again, if at all. I noticed someone else mentioned getting sick as well. Two hours later, I'm still feeling poorly and I'm relieved I didn't give the leftovers to my dog. The manager should be made aware that the food quality is poor and it may be making customers sick.
They turned off the oven at 8:35 PM and only offered cold cuts.
