The customer service was terrible; the older lady who served us was grumpy and seemed unhappy to be there. I ordered a kids' meal, and she put very little ham in the sandwich, opting instead for a large amount of wilted brown lettuce. Additionally, I was charged extra for the milk and applesauce, which should have been included in the kids' meal. This made the kids' meal far too expensive. I will not be returning to this location again.

I called to get it corrected and they promised to correct it the next morning but when I showed up they denied me. Order 39FAAB6B-5A

The pickles and olives didn... read more I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The lettuce was wilted and had brown spots, while the tomatoes were old and spongy. The pickles and olives didn't sit well with me. There seems to be a need for fresher vegetables. I also had difficulty communicating with the sandwich maker due to her unclear English. I'm now feeling quite unwell, and I'm hesitant to eat there again, if at all. I noticed someone else mentioned getting sick as well. Two hours later, I'm still feeling poorly and I'm relieved I didn't give the leftovers to my dog. The manager should be made aware that the food quality is poor and it may be making customers sick.
