We came here on Mother 's Day for the first time. We were very excited to give it a try. We made reservations a week in advance. Looked up the menu ahead of time and already had all our orders in mind. I show up for our reservation and walk inside to a be not welcomed by the front of house employee who takes me to a dirty table. She removed the trash and I sit down. The regular menu is not available since it 's a holiday. The rest of my party arrives moments later and we place our drink order and order our appetizer with the server, who we later found out is also the owner. This begins the downward spiral. The beer was flat. We never got our appetizer even after reminding the owner about it. Maybe he knew he forgot it bc he stopped coming to our table after that. We waited about 40 mins to get our entrees. The steak was undercooked. The fish was not cooked. No lemons to go with the fish. The green beans were not cooked and were cold. The baked potato was cold. The chicken portion was small. They didn 't ask what we wanted on the baked potato, and then charged extra for giving it to us 'loaded '. Sent the steak back to get cooked and it returned without the sides it went back with. When advised of the multitude of disappointments, the owner apologized but also told us we came on the worst night possible as it 's hard to find staff and it 's the pandemic etc. Instead of making excuses he should consider managing his kitchen staff. We waited forever to even get the bill. We were comped for the undercooked steak and fish entrees but only after we advised we wanted those off the bill. Not returning. There are better places to spend your money, and trust, these aren 't Denny 's level prices.
