This was my first time coming here, and I am grateful! First off I did not know about calling a day prior to picking up a cookie cake. My mistake! I got there and the man that helped me had the most pleasant attitude! He informed me that they need too know a day prior. I used to love this place when I was growing up in Riverside. Recently, while I was out shopping, I decided to stop by and give it another try. Wow, Mrs. Fields cookies are truly the best! I can’t quite put my finger on it, but these cookies are always fresh and have a delightful gooey texture that just melts in your mouth. Mrs. Fields has set the bar so high that I find it hard to enjoy cookies anywhere else. Although I have to admit, Bristol Farms has an impressive oversized cookie that is equally delicious! But if you’re not shopping at Bristol Farms and find yourself in the mall, this is definitely the place to get fantastic cookies. I have to confess, I’m pretty traditional when it comes to cookies—I always go for the classic chocolate chip. That’s all I crave: a rich, gooey chocolate chip cookie straight out of the oven, with those melted chocolate chips... mmm. Now I'm craving cookies! Mrs. Fields really is the best around. I love ordering the mini cookie dozen and indulging myself!

These are my absolute favorite cookies in the world! I would be heartbroken if this location ever closed down. It's the only place I can get them! The older gentleman who works here is fantastic and truly deserves a raise.
