Los Novillos Market #2 - Riverside

I worked there, and I have to say the experience was quite disappointing. Often, the fruit was half-rotten, and there were bugs and insects everywhere on the food. The kitchen tends to use ingredients that should be thrown out due to their poor quality. The owners are biased towards certain workers, which creates an unfair environment. Trust me, if you ask some of the staff, they will confirm how the management operates – they seem to spend all day doing nothing. It appears that the owner is primarily using the restaurant as a cover for money laundering. I really can’t understand how they’re still in business. By the way, check the expiration dates; more than half the items were expired when they bought them. They use preservatives on the food prepared in the kitchen. It's disgusting.

They offer a wide variety of items typically found in a Mexican market, featuring a meat market as well as a café-like area where fully cooked and prepared meals are available.

This is a fantastic restaurant! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer an impressive selection of meats. The carne asada is perfectly seasoned, and they serve generous portions of delicious salsas and guacamole. Highly recommend!
