Little Caesars Pizza - Riverside

The pizzas I ordered until the last was really good. I order online and the pizza was always ready. The last veggie pizza I ordered had no mushrooms or onions. Otherwise it was good.

They supposedly close at 10pm and I get there at 9:40pm and the employees 2 females and 1 male are already walking out to close and they wouldn?t sell me pizza but I see them carrying 3boxes of pizza with sauce and crazy bread but yet didn?t want to take my order. I am so mad but I kept my cool. I should?ve took a picture so that I could upload it. I will come tomorrow at the same time just so that I can get a picture of them walking out with boxes of pizza.

I walked in 20 minutes before closing. When i approached the counter to place an order the young man said they were not taking orders. All that was offered for purchase were pepperoni pizza's that i assumed were sitting there all day. 20 minutes before closing!!! C'mon man! How lazy can one be!! I was hungry and wanted to spend hard earned money there! So i calmly walked out and spent my money elsewhere. This happened on may 6. Whatever happened to customer service and a good work ethic?

This is a good restaurant to get a quick bite if you want something cheap and fast. The pizzas are most of the time already cooked and waiting but they might not be as hot or delicious as gourmet pizza. This wouldn?t be my first choice to eat at in Riverside but if I needed something to eat on the run, I would eat here.

It used to be my favorite pizza place; the pizzas were hot and fresh. Now, they're cold and old, and they don't answer their phone. The counter staff, particularly Brandon, really need better training in customer service. I returned a pizza I had bought to have it remade, and he tried to charge me for a new one. I ended up leaving the pizza behind, and I won't be returning to Little Caesars again. There's a place called Fast-Five Pizza just around the corner, offering free condiments and hot, fresh pizza. I'll be sharing my experience on every social media platform, and I hope this helps potential customers looking for a good pizza.
