Was Nichole F at Law's a mag?
I recently discovered this great place that I never knew existed. The food and cocktails were quite affordable, and I met some interesting people while I was there. We had a fantastic time! The only downside is that the pool tables are a bit pricey at $1.50 per game, which is higher than the typical $1 you find at most places. Despite that, I definitely recommend it! View all feedback.
What Charles M dislikes about Law's:
It wasn't good. A random guy eating at a table across from the restaurant yelled over to ask how we're doing randomly. Mid conversation. Ordered prime rib and they said it was out then they gave us the option of ribeye. 20 minutes later prime rib came all dry and seemed like the last bits put together. This was mother's day so I will return on a less demanding to see if this is a regular thing. The vibe was really go... View all feedback.

This is an old staple in riverside all the food is really really good the atmosphere is very local and fun karaoke Every night DJ Really nice outdoor patio seating lots of areas there is pool table and things to do just to do just an overall really funplace to go here and riverside And really the food is all really priced really cheap for what you get it's kind of surprisingService was great also
On a positive note, the calamari appetizer was excellent, and the beef vegetable soup was outstanding—definitely deserving of a 10+. The lobster pasta also impressed with a generous amount of lobster. I ordered the PORKahouse, a pork chop cut like a porterhouse, served with two sides: green beans and broccoli. Both vegetables were well-prepared, and the unexpected addition of a beer-infused cheese sauce on the broccoli was a delightful surprise. However, the pork chop was unfortunately tough beyond the edges, making it difficult to cut—my plate even slid across the table while I tried. Furthermore, our server was rather inattentive; she passed by our table several times without checking in. I noticed that regular customers were greeted by name and served promptly. When I mentioned to the waitress that my son would be joining us after we had placed our orders, she didn’t seem to take note. When he arrived, he was overlooked. My niece had to approach the waitress to get her attention, only to be told she was too busy chatting. A more appropriate response would have been to assure us she would be over shortly, but it took her an additional seven minutes to return and take my son's order. Speaking of my son's order, his tri-tip French Dip sandwich featured meat slices that were too thick for this type of sandwich, and the meat itself was quite tough. I'm disappointed to say that it may be a long time before I consider returning to Laws.
It had been several years since our last visit, so we decided to stop by for lunch on a Sunday. We were happy to be seated right away. However, it took quite some time for our drinks to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The food came out quickly and was quite tasty, but after that, our server seemed to disappear. We had to find another server to ask for water refills and condiments. When it was time for the bill, we waited a long time and eventually had to ask yet another server to help us find ours. She brought our original server back, who returned with the bill but then never came back again! There was a mistake on our bill, but in the end, we decided to let it slide since we couldn't locate our server, and we left.
This is a tremendous local eatery featuring an outstanding menu, a delightful ambiance, and a wonderful outdoor space where you can watch the game. Ample parking is available, including spots for handicapped guests. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, and the bar is top-notch. I consistently have a fantastic time here and frequently bump into other locals if you happen to be one!

I have never been out to a restaurant that is so cozy, and friendly. The bartender Crystal greets you with a smile, and tends to you right away. The food is the outmost tasty!! It 's taste is unexplainable!!! You would have to go by to see for yourself!! Even the head chef By the name of Dee came out to our table and I got a chance to thank her for the best macaroni and cheese, the fully loaded chicken fries and the soft tacos that we had ordered!! My mouth is watering as I type!! I recommend this restaurant to everyone that has a long day at work and that just needs a relaxing place for a drink with a great plate of food !!!

This was mother's day so I will return on a less demanding to see if this is a regular thing. The vibe was really good, the bar seems exciting and the staff for the most part was cool. But for now 2 stars.

Very happy place. Went during karaoke. It was refreshing to see so many people having a good time. My kids had a great time too. But definitely more of an adult scene. Owner was very welcoming.
Absolutely 5 stars! Sarah’s warm smile and exceptional service truly elevate the dining experience. The chef crafts each dish to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, filled with many loyal patrons. I highly recommend visiting to enjoy a meal, relax, and savor the food and cocktails. A special thanks to Sarah for her wonderful service! We made an excellent choice today, and we have no regrets!

The service was lacking, as the waitstaff were quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations; it was bland and served at a chilly temperature. When I sent a dish back, I could hear someone in the kitchen shouting profanities in response. Having eaten at countless restaurants nationwide, I have never experienced such a lack of respect in terms of professional courtesy. As a regular reviewer, I find this place to be quite disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
The waitstaff were very friendly, but unfortunately, the food fell short of even acceptable standards. It was bland and served cold. I had to return a dish, and I overheard the kitchen staff using very inappropriate language. Having dined in thousands of restaurants over the years, I can honestly say this was the worst food I’ve ever had. It was typical of what is often labeled as American cuisine. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I'm going to law every Friday. My sister and I were both widows when we started dancing every Friday and staying in shape. It's always so much fun and we...
Really good bar with great food. We always have a great service, it is a casual, fun atmosphere. We come to dinner, drinks, special occasions, holidays, ...
It?s been years since we?ve been here! We came for lunch on a Sunday. Things started off great with being seated right away. It took awhile to get drinks after ordered them and it wasn?t too crowded. The food came out fast and was really good. The server disappeared and had to find another server to ask for water refills and condiments. It took a long time to get our bill, again we had to ask another server for our bill and she got our server to come. She returned with charge slip and never seen again! There was error on the bill and we finally decided to let it go as couldn?t find server and we left.
General Manager Tyna never spoke or tried to welcome us. There were 3 tables of customers on the terrace (7 guests total, not very busy)...
It took over a week to decide to review this place. I want to believe my visit was an exception to an otherwise fine establishment. It had been ten years since I visited Laws for dinner. Came during happy hour. $1 off all drinks. Had a long Island iced tea however it was very weak in the alcohol department. Strange since there are to be 2.5 shots of alcohol. My niece had a mango margarita created in the same weak state. The calamari appetizer was very good. The beef vegetable soup was 10+. The lobster pasta was full of lobster and was a generous portion. I had the PORKahouse (pork chops cut as a porterhouse) dinner with two vegetables. Green beans and broccoli. Both good. Tasted beer mixed in the cheese sauce covering the broccoli...a pleasant surprise. The chop was tough after the initial edge cuts. So tough that my plate moved across the table as I attempted to slice. The server was not attentive. She passed by our table multiple times without checking in. I noticed that regular customers (the servers call them by name) were recognized and served quickly and visited often. When I found out my son would arrive after our dinner was served I told the waitress to be expecting him. He sat down and was ignored. When my niece walked over to the waitress to request her presents at our table, that waitress told my niece she was busy talking. I think the correct response should have been... I will be right there. However, it took the waitress another 7 minutes to arrive at the table to take my son's order. Yes... I decided to time her. BTW his tri-tip French Dip contained slices too thick for this style of sandwich. And the meat was tough. I am sorry to say that it might be many years before I return to Laws.
