Everyone there hates there job don’t even smile when u come in and have absolutely no patience when it come to taking orders. I think they forget they chose to work in a customer service environment and without us they wouldn’t have a job. Their food tastes like old burn oil don’t not recommend at
The chicken sandwich is certainly not on par with Chick-fil-A.
I ordered a 16-piece family meal and it didn’t come with any gravy. Who wants to eat mashed potatoes without gravy? I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag, and he assured me it was.
I ordered an 8-piece tender meal with an extra side, but by the time I got home—just a 5-minute drive—everything was cold. The mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, chicken, and mac and cheese were all served at a low temperature.
I ordered 4 pieces of chicken 3 thighs and a breast. I ended up getting 3 thighs and a breast. I did not have time to return it.And and this is not the first time.
