Every time I come here, they never have tacos. Today I went and waited for 30 minutes while they updated the register, which is good. However, they should have put a note in the speaker box to let customers know so they don't have to wait. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
They claim to be open for business, but when we arrived there were cars parked outside and no one answered the drive-thru. We continued on to the payment window and saw that the staff were deliberately avoiding doing any work. I will never go back there again! View all feedback.
I recently visited Jack in the Box to pick up an order, but unfortunately, I found the service to be very disappointing. Upon entering, none of the employees greeted us, and instead, just continued talking in Spanish amongst themselves. After trying to get their attention multiple times, I finally spoke to a girl wearing glasses and a red shirt who I assumed was the supervisor. She briefly acknowledged me and mentioned someone would assist me shortly. When the food was brought over, I decided to double-check the order myself, which seemed to irritate the employee. As I pointed out a missing item, she rudely threw each item out of the bag while naming them. She rolled her eyes when I mentioned the missing soda and went to retrieve it. The service at this particular Jack in the Box location was unacceptable, and if the girl with glasses is indeed a supervisor, she should consider being demoted due to her unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to avoid this location and instead visit the Jack in the Box down the street on La Sierra and Hole. I suspect that the positive reviews for this location may not be genuine, as my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff and management at Jack in the Box should undergo retraining to improve their service quality.
We ordered at speaker, At window we corrected order. They asked us to please park and wait for drinks. Okah. No problem so far. Waited maybe about 4 mins. Meanwhile I checked bag. Sure enough. 1 item wrong. When they brought the drinks I told girl. Shesaid ok. I 'll bring you correct ones. So at that point I asked her. Do you wanna take wrong ones? To which her reply was no,just keep Them Ok. So far so good. When they brought back right item, check this out. THE MANAGER CAME WITH THE GIRL. And in arude attitude she asked for wrong item to be handed back. Really? Since when does a MANAGER comes out with an employee anddemands a small fries? Se was so ridiculous. What? Did she maybe think I wanted to still small regular fries? Lady, please
Came in for a quick lunch. Walked in and had to wait quite a while to put in order. The girl was mainly focused on the drive thru . Food was prepared quick and was good. There wasn't one clean table in the place and I was the only walk in customer at12:35 pm. I went in the restroom and it was filthy. Not only dirty but graffiti all over the inside if the door. Obviouslythey do not take pride in the appearance of their establishment. Next time I will find an In-N-Out.

I stopped by for a quick lunch. Once I arrived, I had to wait for someone to take my order as the staff seemed focused on the drive-thru. The food was prepared quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately, there were no clean tables available and I was the only dine-in customer at 12:35 pm. The restroom was dirty with graffiti on the door, showing they may not prioritize cleanliness. I may opt for an in-N-out next time.
