What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
I waited for 46 minutes in line, with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally placed my order, the employee, Cindy, was extremely rude. When I got home, my chicken sandwich was cold and I was very unsatisfied. I believe they need to improve their service and quality. View all feedback.
2 times I've ordered the strawberry shake. They never put enough strawberry syrup in the shake! It always look's and taste like vanilla shake when I actually ordered a strawberry shake and I never get it! I just get it somewhere else and I'm good.

They were OUT OF TACOS! But, no worries... got an order of tiny tacos instead. ????
Girl at the register was so sweet!! She offered me a better meal that came out to be cheaper than the original and it was so fast. Young employees work best
