I've been a customer at Isabella for about three years and often bring a dozen cupcakes to work as a thank-you for my clients. They have always been fantastic. However, a few weeks ago, I stopped by and purchased three or four dozen, and they were dry and clearly not fresh. It's disappointing to spend so much money and receive a mediocre product. Cupcakes were good, I tried the vanilla salted caramel and the triple chocolate. unfortunately with the heat, my frosting broke, but it was too much frosting anyway.
Sorry, they were super nice people, beautiful looking cakes and but all 4 flavors of cup cakes fell far short of expectations for a specialty shop. Dry cake and flavored whip cream. Maybe the other items are much better?
My hubby and I love coming here for a sweet treat. There are a variety of cupcake flavors to try. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful! Hubby got the Spumoni and I tried the Vanilla Lemon. Cupcakes are always flavorful and delicious!
Complete waste of time. Tremendously slow turnaround time. I do not recommend this business entity if you value your time and money. Followed all of the processes out into place by this company and they failed me miserably.
Amazing bakery, ordered a cake for my sister's Beetlejuice themed bday party and sent them photos with ideas and they created this beautiful masterpiece. It was not only absolutely beautiful but also delicious. It was a hit! Even the non cake eaters in the family loved it and said it was the best cake they've ever tried.
