The Food Community is tucked away inside an Indian grocery store, nestled among several other shops. If you're looking for affordable vegetarian Indian cuisine, this is the spot for you. I often opt for the two-item combo or the two-item combo with a dessert. The food is quite tasty for the price, and they offer a nice selection of options for the combo. View all feedback.

This place is absolutely fantastic! You can get two sides, lentils, rice, and naan for just $4. The food is delicious and the price is unbeatable. Their naan is the best I've ever had. Everything is vegetarian, and there are plenty of vegan options as well—just ask the owner, who is very knowledgeable about the ingredients since everything is made right in their kitchen. My friend is vegan, and this is the one spot we always trust in Riverside for a great vegan meal at an amazing price.
This restaurant is conveniently located next to a donut shop and in the same plaza as the social security office. The owner, Mr. Singh, is a very friendly and approachable person, always ready to answer any questions and provide excellent hospitality. They make their own sweets in-house, and they are delicious! The prices for the Indian food are also very reasonable, so be sure to give them a visit.
This charming little Indian market is fantastic for food and groceries! Located just across the street from UCR, it's perfect for budget-conscious students. I always come here for the Thalis, and they never let me down. My favorite is the #2, which comes with okra and paneer masala.
Samosas from here are pretty good. They are loaded with potatoes, herbs, and spices. It'll be a lot better if it's cooked to order so it's crispy and hot. They come with mint sauce and tamarind sauce. Mint sauce was good but could be more spicy and the tamarind sauce was way way too sweet.
