I absolutely love this place! I've been visiting during the holidays for the past couple of years, and their food is fantastic. However, what truly sets this store apart is its amazing staff. Every single time I've been here, even when I had to wait in line for over an hour, it has been completely worth it. The employees are friendly, kind, and always have smiles on their faces (even through their masks). I noticed one employee even going around to sanitize while we were in the store. They're always well-organized and ready to take your orders, which exemplifies excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to stand in line again for my order. A huge thank you to The Honey Baked Ham Store for making my holiday meals so much easier—especially with kids in the mix. And a special shout-out to Maribel for handling my order today! You guys are wonderful!
Wow!!! Absolutely amazing food!!! Best mashed potatoes and gravey I have ever had!!! And the ham was delish!!! They have they best system for picking up orders on a busy holiday!! Thank you honeybaked ham you guys are amazing!!!
This deli shop is fantastic! They have an excellent variety of meats, bread, and condiments. Although there's often a long line to get in, it moves quickly and efficiently. The cashiers are prompt and will wave you over to the next available station. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the store itself is clean and well-organized. The parking lot, however, could use some cleaning.

Hey everyone, I really enjoy your ham and side dishes, but it's 2020 and we're currently in a pandemic. I strongly urge you to implement a virtual queue system. My husband, along with many other customers, waited over three hours just to place an order. Given the current circumstances, this isn't safe or necessary. Please prioritize the safety and time of your customers by finding a more efficient system. Thank you!
