Firehouse Subs The Brickyard

Oh.... it was probably the worst sandwich I've had in a long time. So disappointing. I ordered the Italian sandwich .. to go..... I only live 15 minutes away... and by the time I got home, the bread was soggy and didn't hold up. The lettuce was limp and had no crunch. Although the meat in the sandwich was generous, it was bland. There was no Italian dressing or flavor at all. I tried Firehouse sandwiches before at another location and it was good. I don't know what happened here.......

I just tried this place for the first time, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the blonde lady at the register immediately helped me and welcomed me for my first time. She was soooo nice and helpful, super friendly. She helped me decide what sandwich to try first and gave me her recommendations, I got the turkey bacon ranch and the Cajun chicken sandwich. Both of them were amazing. I definitely will be going back here especially for the friendly service. It's always so appreciated when employees come with good vibes! Thank you guys for that!

This was the first time I visited fire house subs. The establishment is very clean and really welcoming. This was the first time I use their app I didn't do it right so when I arrived, my items weren't there that was my fault so the owner helped me by walking me through the app and she was super friendly along with the workers that were there. A portion of the bill goes towards supplying supplies for Frontline workers such a great place to support. Will definitely bring my family back to try this place and recommend it to family and friends to come and support a local business.

I ordered the Italian with gluten-free bread. Got the combo for an extra $3.50. Total for two of us was $34. The meal felt pricey but was exceptional. The store was clean, the staff friendly and professional. I will definitely go back. The owner was there, but I didn't get a chance to ask him why the place was so slow during lunch rush. At 12:18 pm. on a Monday, there were two people inside when we got there. For such a good place to eat, it should have been packed with people. I'm rooting for their success!

The 1st time I tried here blew me away! Let 's start with the welcoming from great personalities and welcoming smiles. The customer service from Ilene and Michael was is class A! Now, hands down, this sub sandwich shop is by far The Best I 'd ever tasted in my life and in my opinion there is no competition!!!!! So if you haven 't tried this place, I highly recommend it and I guarantee you 'll be satisfied and coming back too. Firehouse Subs, you sure know how to put the hunger Fire out!! ?
