Del Taco - Riverside

Best location of Del Taco that I have ordered from... and I have ordered from a lot of Del Taco locations haha. I always doordash my order from this location and the requests i make are always on completed perfectly. Today, doordash unfortunately picked my order to be made by another location and it was so cold and nasty. but this location is always serving me fresh and yummy food. thanks guys, keep up the good work????

Most rude, incompetent employee I've ever encountered. I gave him the order 3-4 times but each time he read it back incorrectly. I tried using Spanish but that seemed to offend him. You don't need to do that...I have your order To which I responded, No you don't . You haven't read it back correctly yet He became more rude and said he could shut down my order. I said that would be fine and backed out of the drive thru. I went inside the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She was very apologetic and offered my food order for free. All the while this employee continued his rude comments and behavior. I told the manager that I did not want my order; I was concerned the employee might spit in it. To which he responded that he might do something even worse! To her credit, the manager tried to make it better but there was no fixing this situation and we left. It will be a very long time before I return to Del Taco. There are too many other fast food choices available to me.

Whether you're in a hurry to get something to eat or special request, you can guarantee that every stop here everything that can go wrong will go wrong. They will get your order wrong at least 90% of the time in my experience. And the majority of the time just to get something simple off the menu it takes them like 15 minutes to get to you let alone if there's two cars in front of you there's your whole lunch break gone. One star because I highly recommend not stopping here it will ruin your day

Disgusting. I love del taco but this particular one is always gross.Fries -cold and stale once again.Spicy Jack chicken quesadilla- cold, no green chillies, where's the chicken wheres the cheese ?‍?‍Classic chicken burrito- table spoon of chicken, dash of cheese and lettuceThis is the third time I've been to this Del Taco I gave it three chances. Horrible
