Good clean food, and everything on the menu is well thought-out. The pork belly lemongrass sauce is absolutely phenomenal. Gordon Ramsay would nut in his bloomin' trousers. Also the popcorn chicken with chili sauce [and some chili powder] is fire.

Google maps states that Cha20 Vietnamese Restaurant and Dessert Lounge opens at 12:00 noon. So, at 11:47 AM, I instead called in my pho-order to a different restaurant down the street, Pho Vinam Restaurant. It might be that Cha20 Vietnamese Restaurant and Dessert opens earlier than 12 noon. But is Google maps ever wrong?

Save ur money for tips when they ask for it because their service is TERRIBLE. We did everything including collecting the dishes and actually waited for 40 mins for our order when we were the only customer.

Something changed for the worse and mistakes keep happening on the orders. Thought it was a fluke the 1st or 2nd time, but it continues. Such a hassle to go home and find out something is missing or meat is raw (yes RAW Very hard to get reimbursed for their mistakes. Customer service pretty bad especially when things go wrong. They're not sorry, not willing to learn from their mistakes, don't care about keeping their customers. Only care about $. It's a shame, the food is decent. But not worth the hassle of dealing with all the errors. I made no mistake in placing my orders, but did end up losing money due to their mistakes. That's just not fair! I also put in more effort to try and work something out than they did. The issues were not resolved. My family won't be coming back.

I had a blast at this restaurant. I went in the evening and loved the cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The manager was kind enough to accommodate my preferences. I tried the Laughing Buddha drink without boba and it was refreshing. I had a great time and found the whole experience to be quite amusing. The music was fantastic and the people were friendly. It's the perfect spot for a date night.
