Great pizza place inside the food lab. Theres general seating everywhere, Bricks has a couple 2 person booths on the side which is nice, your removed from the chaos of the open seating area. Lots of covered outdoor seating also. Try the Ron Swanson. You won't go wrong. Large pizza is big enough for 2...maybe 3 people to share. View all feedback.
What K doesn't like about Bricks And Birch:
ordered online did not have what I wanted and had to choose a different item....and another pizza I ordered did not have pepperoni on it when it was simply was added on for extra charge...and unfortunately the crust was powered with tons of flour.... I was so hungry... I tried to dust off the powder. but upset my stomach. pizza was not worth it. View all feedback.

Best pizza you’ll ever eat served on a paper plate. So yummy. It’s overpriced but so is everything at the food lab. Never had a pie from them I didn’t love. Kids had basic cheese and pepperoni. I had the Ron Swanson which was good but I’m not sure it’s as good as some of their foo foo veggie ones. Yum.
I just tried their Pizza pepperoni with jalapenos looks like they use fresh jalapenos. It's really close to a perfect New York style pizza and I should know being in New York and living there a long time ago. 1990s or 10 years. I definitely won't go anywhere else for New York style pizza. Thank you guys
Some of the best pizza i’ve ever had!! the cheese is delicious and melts in your mouth it’s amazing i really would recommend this place to more people
Great pizza! I ordered online and once I found their spot, asked for my order and voila! It’s ready. The best thing about this pizza is it’s still soft and tasty the morning after!
