If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, ask for Dave—he's the best waiter in the Inland Empire, hands down. Be sure to try the guacamole and the Alambre Shrimp, which are large shrimp wrapped in bacon and grilled with green chili—absolutely outstanding! The skirt steak is perfect for tacos, but if you prefer something simpler, you can't go wrong with the carne asada tacos. You really can't go wrong with any choice. The halibut with cilantro butter and the ribs are also fantastic, and don't forget to try the smoky Ancho salsa—it’s amazing!
