This place is okay. The lady is friendly and I love that they sell the bottles of magic sauce. They get my order wrong sometimes, and sometimes they don't really give you much variety on the vegetables. Still pretty good and a relatively healthy choice. It's always quick to View all feedback.
What Emma Hamilton doesn't like about Flame Broiler:
I come here for lunch every other day and I order a chicken white rice broccoli only Bowl I got all the way home and I live right by the Tyler Mall but I choose this location cuz I never had a problem with my order before I came here today and they literally gave me white rice and broccoli no chicken I paid $8 I had to travel all the way back pay an additional $6.75 for a side of chicken which told them to 15 dollars... Customer service is awesome!!! Young lady who works front everyday is just the sweetest and soo very polite.. She deserves a bonus...

Food was great and the gentleman at the register was very upbeat and professional. Great customer service and food.
