Today El Pollo Loco you have Wow’d me with the improvements to your double chicken tostada bowl. You fixed the shell, it’s crispy yet soft. You’re putting the good parts of the lettuce. What Marilyn Monroe doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
We went through the drive-thru and they didn't give us one of our items (original polllo bowl) the churro's were so hard they were inedible. So we had nothing for my niece to eat. The pork carnitas weren't good. We purchased three of them and no-one even ate half of it because it simply wasn't good. Overall the experience was horrible. Wasted money and I still had to cook to make sure everyone ate. So frustrating View all feedback.
The chicken is delicious....very good service...the manager very friendly.....I recommend it...everything is super good service
Homeless was right by the ordering sign and the employees didn’t do anything about it. Also, when I got my food, I was missing food and the sauce was spilled everywhere
This place has gone down a lot. chicken is much smaller , Tortilla always cold , always messes up the order . It's the same thing every time will avoid this place
The truth is, the only thing is that there are days when the chicken doesn't taste very good and other days it surprises you, but hey, that's what these types of places are like. I hope it's excellent for you or you ?.

The chicken was so soft and tender. You guys really did a great job on improving the textures and flavor. And with your $10 coupon it was worth every dollar. The drive through moved quick considering it was lunch time. So yes I would totally recommend this dish and location!!!!
