El Pollo Loco - Riverside

Food is OK. Price can be cheap, but have had to wait too long before. They are fair.

Out shopping for the day and decided to order dinner from this El Pollo Loco location I had never been to before. I ordered two tostadas and two tacos. Made it all the way back to Wood Street area, before I realized I wasn’t given the tacos. Called and was told I’d have to come back to be reimbursed. I asked to have the tostadas replaced as they’d be cold after going back up to this store. I was never apologized to during the phone call or upon my return. I was not rude to anyone so I don’t understand why no acknowledgment was made of the inconvenience. Making this an entirely disappointing experience even when dealing with the shift lead.And now I realized that I didn’t receive the extra cilantro dressings that I had to pay for!!!If I were you, I’d think twice before coming to this location. And there are bones in the chicken that is in the tostadas. What the heck is going on here????

Food was just nasty looking and just made me so sick maybe they need better cooks .

I believe the food tastes better when the employees are happy and these employees were happy thank

I usually order online and pick up here. They have always been accurate with my order and on time. Everyone is friendly and I will definitely keep coming back here.
