We went to this location and placed our order for a snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard and a choco-dipped strawberry blizzard. While we were waiting for our order we noticed that people who ordered after us were receiving their orders but ours had not been called. When my husband asked about our order he excuses were made and the staff refused to take ownership of their mistake and never apologized. We asked for our money back and in order to do so the individual at the register needed a supervisor code to be entered. Instead of typing the code in, the supervisor blurted out 7403 for cashier to type in. We found the crew to be extremely incompetent. The supervisor was unprofessional and should have dealt with the situation and there should have been an apology at the very least. We will think twice about going back to this location again in the future.
