Had to select a fast food restaurant to feed my daughter who was hungry after getting off from her job. This had the usual items you expect from Wendy's restaurant..burgers, chicken sandwiches, French fries, onion rings, bowl of chili, baked potato, drinks are coffee, soda..the service was very quick ordering from the drive-thru. After my doctor's appointment and holiday shopping, I needed a quick lunch. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich from the value menu. The meal was consistent with the quality of other establishments. View all feedback.
My family and I had lunch there yesterday. The total was $18.09. I gave the cashier $20. She, I think it’s a she, hands me back $1.75. She says nothing about short changing me. Only when I brought it up the her attention, she tells me they had no change. This was noon. They just opened a hour ago. She then opens the cash register and hands me like 11 pennies. I looked at her to let her know it is still not correct. Then the manager with a very bad attitude comes over and throws a quarter and retrieves the bunch pennies back and said “it’s New Year’s Day ****” with a really cocky attitude and just walks to the back, leaving me no chance to address his issue. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy to anyone unless you feel like to be disrespected by the staff and in particular the Manager.
Either undercooked food or OVERcooked food. Literally was told by the manager Go somewhere else this is cheap food cheap service. Go somewhere else if you want quality. BY Management standards im speechless .
I ordered the chicken-asiago sandwich and it was undercooked. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Customer service is always great. You could use their time management better in the thru drive. Again great service over all 5 stars
