Brisket falls apart like it should, pulled pork great seasoning and today the ribs. Slow cooked so the flavor is great without even adding any of their awesome sauces. Btw Jalapeño Margarita is always part of my order. My wife had the salmon and liked the smoked flavor. Stop by if you are close.
