The service was very rude. When I asked a few questions at the drive-thru, the staff acted as if I was bothering them, even though there was no one behind me and they weren’t busy. After giving me my food, they closed the window without saying a word. I had to wait for them to notice me again just to ask for some sauce.
At KFC, the cashier was friendly, the food was served quickly, and the recent renovations have made a noticeable improvement to the overall experience. The updated menu offers a great variety to choose from.
I tried to enter the restaurant at 11:15 a.m., but all the doors were locked. There were no staff around, and it appeared that the restaurant was closed.
I recently ordered a three-piece meal, but I only received two pieces of chicken. The food was cold, and my drink was served hot without any ice. Additionally, DoorDash took quite a long time to deliver my order.
