I felt like having a Chinese dinner and Google Maps showed me Fry Pan... read more Being a visitor to Riverhead, I am one who doesn't generally eat at chain establishments. I felt like having a Chinese dinner and Google Maps showed me Fry Pan with a 4.1 rating. I will definitely echo that rating. I ordered a hunan chicken combinationplate (entree, fried rice and egg roll) and steamed pork dumplings. The egg roll never made it to the hotel, as I was hungry andaroma of the food overcame me. Definitely, I was off to a great start, as the egg roll was crunchy and tasty. Back at my room, Idug into the dumplings. They were not the typical wrap with a small tight meatball inside, but 8 pillows with seasoned mincedpork contained within. The hunan chicken was nicely seasoned, but I like mine with a bit more sauce which was missing. All inall, Riverhead, I believe, has a great choice for Chinese. Fei Chang Hao. Very good.
