This morning, I went into 7-Eleven to grab my coffee and accidentally lost a $20 bill somewhere between my truck and the coffee counter. I looked everywhere, but couldn't find it. The staff were really nice and offered me a complimentary coffee. While I sat in my truck feeling frustrated about losing the money, two employees, Sean Glogg and his coworker Big T, came out of the store and handed me a $20 bill. When I asked if they had found it on the floor, Sean told me they hadn't; they just wanted to help me out.
Whenever I go to this restaurant, my wallet payment method fails about half the time, causing me to miss out on points I’m trying to save for my grandchildren. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with their internet connection or if the cashiers are unfamiliar with the Wallet system. This issue never happens at the other two stores in Riverhead that I frequent, or at any of the locations I visit on the North Fork in Cutchogue and Greenport, where my payments always go through smoothly!
