Baskin-robbins - Riverdale Park

Terrible experience! I highly recommend you take the extra effort to visit the location in Greenbelt or Queens Chapel instead. This place lacks a good selection of ice creams, and when I asked for a smoothie, I was met with excuses like, "Oh, we don’t have this or that." What’s the point of being open if you don’t have the necessary ingredients? And the customer service was disappointing. If the staff isn’t willing to do their job or provide decent service, they should find a job that doesn’t involve interacting with customers.

Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins have come together, and my experience was great! The customer service was quick and friendly, and the treats—if you can call donuts food—were high quality and fresh. They also offer curbside pickup and have outdoor seating available!

I usually visit this location with my family, but last night was a disappointing experience. I arrived around 8:30 PM because the posted hours indicated they closed at 9 PM, only to be informed that they were only serving coffee. When I asked the three employees—who were gathered at the counter, on their phones, and chatting with each other—why the Baskin Robbins side was closed, one of them named Jessica explained that they had closed it early to clean up in time for their 9 PM closing. I pointed out that they still had half an hour left, but she insisted that was their policy. It was really unprofessional.

They had both my flavors and the young lady made my sundae perfect! ????

After a week of running around making sure my son had everything for prom I thought I deserve to treat. So I got a Sunday he got a two scoop phone. I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins and such a long time. Definitely worth the trip. And did I say the staff was incredible. Great group of people. Sorry no pictures we started eating before we remembered to take some ????
