Mixed opinions on the food quality and portion sizes highlight inconsistencies. While some servers like Brittany and Meagan receive high praise for their exceptional service, others like Ashlee fall short in customer service. Complaints about rushed service, portion sizes, and management favoritism are common themes. Overall, the restaurant offers flavorful dishes like the black bean fajitas and guacamole appetizer but falls short in consistency and customer service, making it a hit-or-miss dining spot.
The fajitas were delicious as always. Unfortunately, there was no option to customize them or choose different sides. The southwest egg rolls were presented in a different manner than usual. Additionally, the portion of avocado ranch dipping sauce was disappointingly small. The guacamole appetizer was tasty and came with a generous serving of tortilla chips.
The salad did not resemble the picture at all. It lacked pico de gallo, had only two small slices of avocado, and the chicken was tough and chewy. It was a disappointing experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Definitely not like the photo for the mini chocolate molten. There was no ice cream, it wasn't heated up. The kids food was ok not hot but Luke warm.
Wings were big and not overcooked. Meat was falling off the bone. Satisfied my craving.
I absolutely love the Classic Sirloin with Avocado 6oz - it's now my top choice at this restaurant!
