Mr.fish&chicken - River Rouge

The service is incredible. Super friendly staff. The food is out of this world. I ordered whole wings and fires and it takes them less then 20miniutes to get the food ready.overall incredible place highly recommended.

The most slowest delivery ever!! Tells me 30 min I call back for them to pick up the phone and set it down... then I could hear another phone ringing and they pick up and take an order... so I hang up to call back again and I get a guy tells me no it's an hour and wall I was waiting what you know it's 5 mins form an hour ago and then I ask so in 5 min I get my food no another 20 35 min... so an hour and half.... After I was told 30 min... this is the worst experience ever... not from here and have to say poor customer service... wish I could give a star... thanks for wasting my time.... Not Lgbtq friendly!! They called me back trying to say it was the delivery person not the restaurant.. um they took the order... then I get called sir over and over to where I had to tell him that's cool your driver is a she so she gets called a she but yet I'm transgender and yet I get called sir... then offers me free food for his mistake and then tells me I have to pay for half of it then tells me they they are no longer severing food...

We usually get this food from the LP location, and will do that from now on. We were very busy so I tried delivery, and it was VERY late. Over an hour! After I called, they brought it and the gentleman said I 'm sorry, we just got the order 15 minutes ago. I could accept that technology doesn 't always work, but if that is true, why did the restaurant tell me it had been ready but there was no driver? More importantly, why was all the food cold? If it was only made for 15 minutes, wouldn 't it be hot? I asked for sauce on the side, but it was all over the now soggy (and small) wings, with no way to re crisp them. Squeezing the tale off the shrimp caused oil to literally drip onto the plate, which means it wasn 't hot enough when cooked and the shrimp soaked it all in... Cold and greasy fried food could possibly be overlooked, but not when added to what appears to be an outright lie.

Let me tell you great Fish and Chicken on the super cheap. Large display of fresh Fish on Ice hey it doesn't smell that's great. Outrageous lunch deals only $5.99 each with great selection. I had lunch special with Catfish Nuggets n Shrimp with Fries and another one 3 Whole Chicken Wings and Perch with Fries Wowed every day 11 till 3 you just gotta try. Ordered our favorite special mega tray Chicken Legs n Thighs with Fries to take home. They prices be half of the big Chicken chain. She had 3 Boneless Chicken Breast with Fries for 5 bucks Omg fantastic. Oh yeah the lunch special come with bread and Coleslaw too A dozen kinds of Fish fresh and Deep Fried perfectly. On Jefferson a few blocks off Schaefer next to the Weed shop's downtown River Rouge a most perfect location. Note tiny eat inside area 2 tables worked fine for us.
