What Rachel Wolfenbarger doesn't like about Chicken Express:
Asked for no gravy on my meal got extra gravy on everything! Even on the extra mash potatoes I asked them no gravy. they immediately got an attitude when I asked for the extra mash potato I know there is an extra charge I understood that from ordering online I get it!!
