Very friendly, and very good food. Did the pulled pork, and had family got the beef brisket. The mac and cheese was amazing. We're from a bit of an excess drive away so we can't visit often, but we definitely plan to stop by again any time we're out this way. Sounds like the place is growing, and will have the building at this location soon, but as of today it's being run out of a small trailer and tent, but frankly if it's this good now then I'm excited to try again once it's fully established.

This is an excellent place to pick up some Bbq!  We were in town for the Truck Show (Carlisle Truck Nationals and we always seek out establishments with excellent reviews.  We ordered Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends (so good! , Pulled Pork, Mac n cheese, smoked bacon baked beans, garlic green beans and some seasoned fries.  Everything was Delicious.  The owner and staff were so friendly. He even gave us a free breakfast sandwich. So make sure you stop by to pick up breakfast also.   Thanks for the great food. We'll see you next time we're in town!

We love Official BBQ. Their dry rub is amazing, burnt ends are perfection, and everything is always fresh and delicious!

I cook bbq and learned to cook from the best pit master in Texas (no it?s not Aaron Franklin). So trust me when I say the pit master here knows what theyre doing. I personally prefer the central Texas style on brisket. So the burnt ends I got were cooked well but I?d prefer a menu option for the point with no sauce. The sweet heat style goes really well on pork and ribs. So that?s what I?ll be trying when I?m back. Overall one of if not the best bbq place in central pa. Mops the floor with Redds. If I have any feedback. Close the damper a bit more cook slightly dirtier fire. Maybe add some picnic tables to eat at. Overall Loved it. I?ll be back.
