The preparation of certain dishes lacks precision and finesse. The cod brandade is dry, the cod Accra served as an appetizer tastes more like paste than fish. Concerning the poorly prepared and poorly cleaned octopus, I even found a large branch in my green beans, overcooked potatoes bathing in oil. Cod also overcooks and dries out.
