Finding the hotel restaurant felt a bit illegal as we weren't sure at first if the gate was only open to hotel guests. But that also meant that there wasn't much going on, we had a free choice of seats surrounded by meter-high palm trees. No vegan pasta was listed on the lunch menu, but when we asked about it, three different options were clarified in the kitchen to choose from. the staff was super nice and we decided on aubergine almond pesto with a pistachio topping – it was extremely tasty and for €12.50 the portion was really fair. The restaurant is located directly on a beautiful lawn with bathing access, so don’t forget your bathing suit! Updated from previous review on 2023-07-31

The environment is splendid. So is the staff. Vegan options are specified on the menu. It tasted very good. We'll come back.
