The food is 5 stars. it’s affordable and always delicious but unfortunately the service is usually iffy at BGs. We called to place an order and were forgotten on hold for over 30 minutes. I used my wife’s phone to call while we were on hold and the line was busy. Who knows how many orders they missed while we were waiting to place ours.
