When I came out,... read more I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We went there at 8:47 and I asked if they were open before going to the bathroom, but they said no. When I came out, people were getting yogurt so I asked my friend to wait while I got my card. However, when I returned, the lady said we couldn't order anymore. I told my mom, who asked me to get my dad a soda from the gas station. The lady kept turning off the lights and staring at us, being rude and following us around. They were only treating us this way, not other customers.

Last year, they were unable to provide us with any nutritional information or a website. One positive aspect of Orange Leaf is that they offer options for those with dietary restrictions. However, when we asked why certain flavors weren't available this year, we were given a vague answer that the machine was making noise so it was turned off. There was no suggestion for an alternative or substitute product, even though they have other options. The way the staff member casually walked away after giving a vague response has led us to take our business elsewhere.

The self-serve concept offers a strange variety of 10 flavors. The tables and chairs were already dirty with food by 10:45 am, before the restaurant even opened. Two small cups of mediocre yogurt set us back 8 dollars.

However, when we arrived with our granddaughter at 8:15 PM to enjoy some ice cream, we found the staff already starting to close up. A young employee informed us that they were closed and wouldn’t serve us. When we asked for the manager's contact information, he gave us a number that didn't work. We had to go to a nearby gas station to get the correct contact details. After speaking with the owner, we learned that the unhelpful employee was actually her 12-year-old son. We plan to report this incident in the morning, as there are labor laws for a reason. Given that this business doesn’t attract many customers, they should focus on improving customer service and sticking to their posted hours. We were very disappointed by this experience and have no plans to return.
