It seems the rude waiter from a review on here 2 years ago is still working here! No menu and a waiter who could not be bothered explaining what they had. They got the order wrong and when I paid no one knew what I had had. A general ‘cant be bothered attitude’ maybe just to tourists ?

Many thanks to the owner of the place for a good heart for four tired travelers. Thanks to him, we didn't get wet to the bones coffee with sugar and lemon very delicious! :

There was No menu, any prices in the bar, we paid 24 euros for 4 small beers, which we had not been informed about in advance. Nowhere else in Sicily have Come across such sick prices. We did not receive a receipt, we think the prices are not fair and not real. I will not recomend it.

Visited cafe with my wife and three girls for ice cream. Asked for 5 small ice creams at the counter, was told to take a seat in eating area. Ice creams were brought to our table by waiter, given to each of us. My wife went to pay on leaving and was charged €20. When I asked why they had charged us this much for 5 small ice creams, I was told they were medium size, and they don't do small for eating inside....which was not told to us when asking. Whilst I do not object to paying for quality or quantity, I do object to being over charged deliberately in a deceitful way.. .Well rehursed excuses from both lady owner and her staff....watch out....well practised operation for the tourist.

Nice coffee and place but loose's points for the rude waiter, I think he thought it was cool, but no just unhelpful.
