First granita of the year, end januar, a bit too early and too cold, but. it was really such an experience. I tasted the pistacchio and unpeeled almond and I can sincerely say that these vote in the grapes that it is one of the best Sicilian granita prise prizing are a real truth. What is the way to inaugurate the new year if not to have breakfast with an excellent granita? historic bar behind the store. excellent granita to the whole almond, I wanted to try my favorite goto, pistachio, but unfortunately it was not available. an extra reason to return! Hot briosche, freshly cooked and very light and creamy granite. Really spectacular.
There are places that do not follow the times of today, where entering time seems to rewind your hands and eat a granita that you do not expect. my coffee granita with double cream, strictly hand-mounted and a coffee flavor that wakes up as if it were in the cup. slow the becoming of the young waiter but triumphs the entrance of the granite, very good and try again. ancient recipe brioche, perfumed, just warm with the arrogant but soft and absolutely pucciabile tup, the one that pulls out from the granita is a mollic that gronda sicilia.
The best Sicilian granita I've ever eaten. stars because unfortunately not always are available all the goits or brioches. some pigeons that make you company, but for this granite it is worth it
