Save Mart - Ripon

I wanted to share an experience with a sweet bagger at my local Savemart, her name is Maddyn. I've come across her multiple times during my weekly visits and she always has a smile on her face and is so helpful. This last visit, I'm sure she could tell I was flustered as I just couldn't find what I was looking for, so after circling the store she approached me and asked if she could help me find something. I jumped on that offer. She was able to immediately point me in the right direction. Maddyn is a huge asset to Savemart and I'm grateful for her willingness to help me and others. Keep up the awesome work!

This place is getting worse. Might as well call it Ripon Wal Mart. They need to add self check out to this store ASAP!! You have to bag your own groceries any way while four employees chat it up out in front of the check stands.

This place seems to always have a 10-20 min wait for cashiers. Secondly the items are never the same. Also what happened to having a dairy free section. Have to go to Modesto or Manteca for a lot of basic items. Guess it's time to start making the trip to Safeway more often

The store is always clean and the employees are all friendly.

Bought groceries yesterday, Aug. 18th. Today Hubby and I were going to eat our snack treat on a picnic. Tbe grapes had mold on them and one of the meats was rancid, discolored and smelled. This is the 4th time I've had problems with foods from this store. I am reaching out to the Health Dept. I've brought their meat, it was discolored and their $5 meats should not be bought. Let alone be sold. I've bought potatoes that were moldy and rotten, Lobster that turned dark when it defrosted. Spoiled my Xmas dinner. This place really needs to be inspected. Their pastry tasted old and rotten. This is ridiculousStores should not SELL MOLD AND ROTTEN FOOD!!!!
