Met friends for dinner at this recently opened Mexican restaurant and tequila bar. The modern decor is a change from what you normally see in a Mexican restaurant. A pretty typical Mexican food menu with a few twists like the green Spanish rice and black beans. Overall, the flavors are mild and accommodate a wider audience. Even though it had barely been open a few days when we were there, it ran pretty smoothly. The drinks were tasty and the food was delicious. They have plenty of seating and offer gas heaters in a patio area that will be nice during spring. The Raspberry Margarita was on special and was very good!
Ripon's newest shopping center currently has Italian and Mexican restaurants and a coffee shop.
