What Lauren Gates doesn't like about Mountain Mike's Pizza:
Ordered a large cheese for dine-in. Only one other group in the restaurant and they already had their food. Waited over 45 minutes for the pizza and after going up to the counter to ask how much longer, they giggled and said ohhhh it 's in a to-go box we were waiting for you to pick it up. The folks at the Ripon location are so kind. We had a large office order it was ready when we asked. I wish they provided plates and red pepper flakes.
Ordered online took an extra 20 minutes after I got there at pick up time. One person going back and forth from the counter to the kitchen. You have to ask for a bathroom key. Salad bar was not good. Lettuce was slimy due to what looked liked it had been frozen. They charge .50 for ranch or pizza sauce after you already spend a small fortune on sub par pizza. Only one other person waiting for their order so it wasn’t busy. Since new owners took over it is not good. Would not recommend too many other choices in Ripon for pizza.
Good food, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean establishment.
It was a great place to have a party but a little dirty...otherwise it was awesome!
Really slow, waited for more than 45 mins for pizza then we cancelled it.
