Mcdonald's - Ripon

Food good for McDonald’s they never give you condiments if you want ketchup for hash browns. They do give you jelly for English muffin. Eggs and sausage good! Service they rush you but no one was behind me in the drive thru lane. The guy at window tells me it’ll be a while cause eggs not done . He said they will bring it out to me. Then he just stares at me . He then says go to the front of store they will bring it out to you. Was I suppose to read his mind?

It's a McDonald's..so nobody expects much. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave, I couldn't tell you how many hours I've spent over the passed couple years driving back after getting home and finding half my order never made it through the window.

The worker was very rude! on the online app it says that the restaurant is open at 4:30 obviously went to go pickup food and the worker started being rude saying “we don’t open till 5 you have to leave the drive thru” even though there was another car on the other side waiting too smh. nonstop arguing and being condescending. Called the manager and told her to cancel the order and she has the audacity to give me a lecture. Do your job nobody asked for a lecture. Get retrained because you definitely don’t know anything about customer service. Do better!

I came in and I bought 33.73 worth food their this young oriental manager the cashier nicely asked her for help the manager was rude and ignored her

Horrible coffee! Threw it out after tasting it. Crummy way to start my day and a waste of money!
