Knuth is a great all around brewery. They had good food, their beers are pretty good, they were pretty busy but service kept up okay. For there beer they have a Pils, lager, pale ale, amber, a hefe, coffee stout, citra IPA, a brown, and a blonde. All were pretty decent. Food was very tasty, I will definitely be back. What Michael Schuett doesn't like about Knuth Brewing Company:
The waitstaff who took my order was rude and short with me. It seemed she wanted to do anything other than take my order. Atmosphere is nice, but nothing incredible. Ordered a sandwich and wife ordered a salad. Took about 15-20 minutes, and it wasn’t too busy on a weeknight. All in all, food tasted fine, but with a rude staff and long wait time for simple items, it’s nothing I’d try again. View all feedback.
This is a very large space that has a modern brewery warehouse atmosphere. It is very clean, the food is good, the staff were super nice and we liked everything about it. The bread for the sandwiches is baked on site and served on convenient tins. The price was very reasonable and they check on you to make sure you are satisfied. Outdoor patio area is nice also.

It’s a shame that this place isn’t closer to home! Amazing pizza, nachos and wings! Delicious house brews! Seriously good. Solid and well priced all around. If interested in scaling this place, please reach out. Id love to talk.
Great prime rib, as usual, only knock was the asparagus served with it was not properly trimmed. Beers were all fantastic.
